Comment of the author

The contents contain certain HKD Hoshinsul (self defense techniques). No punching or kicking was taught in this one. (I cover many strikes and low kicks, etc. in the new video that will be released by Paladin soon.)

Hapkido Hoshinsul is divided into several sections. There is a section on each of the following. Techniques against the elbow, techniques against the wrist, Against the Shoulder, and against the fingers. Then a section that has a couple throws. I teach how a lock against the part of the body can be used in a variety of situations. Grouped together by "like" techniques. This isn't all of hapkido, or a curriculum tape, it is a part of hapkido that a person can use for self-defense.
