This video is a supplement to the book of Hui Son Choe "Practical Hapkido Textbook"
The running time of the video is only 20 minutes, but it is great! This video contains the majority of the techniques demonstrated in the book. Each technique is demonstrated slowly and with detailed explanations by Master Choe. This is followed by another-fast-demonstration of the same technique.
As by this video the motions of some techniques become really understandable, this video is the optimal supplement to the book.
Unfortunately the video is only available in NTSC format, which means that anyone who is interested in the video should check if its VCR or TV is capable to play back this cassette. For those who enjoyed the book, I can recommend the video in any case!
