Covertext Based on the acupuncture points and the energy channels of the body, the ancient Chinese art of dim-mak, or deathpoint striking, can be used to maim and kli as well as to heal. But until now martial artists have had to rely on acupuncture texts for information on the points and how they worked. Unfortunately, this was inadequate because these texts covered healing only, omitting the martial side. Combining his own expertise with that of Wally Simpson, one of Australia's foremost acupuncturists, Erle Montaigue set out to remedy this. The result of this combined effort - the first in a twovolume set - covers all of the points on the 12 main energy meridians of the body, giving their exact location, the effect of striking them in all possible directions, the set-up points one can use to enhance the effect of the major point strike, the antidote methods, and the healing applications. This remarkable work marks the first time both aspects of the art have been addressed under one cover in an encyclopedic mannen.
