This book contains warming up exercises, kicking, falling, breathing exercises and lots of further techniques. Unfortunately the pictures are partly very badly illuminated and the descriptions of the techniques a bit poor. In addition, frequently also the number of pictures per technique is too small, so that reconstructing is made much more difficult. A book rather for collectors of Hapkido literature.
